Medical Leadership & Primary Care


  • Dr. Craig Pearce is a clinical anesthesiologist and seasoned healthcare leader with a PhD in Neurophysiology and Pharmacology from the University of Calgary. As Chief Medical Officer at SABI Health & Mind, Dr. Pearce brings extensive clinical and administrative experience, including leadership roles with Alberta Health Services and the Alberta Medical Association. His research and practice interests include ambulatory anesthesia and the emerging use of alternative therapies like ketamine, medical cannabis, and psychedelics in chronic pain and mental health care.
    He believes health is a journey, not a destination, and champions innovation, collaboration, and access to holistic care.

  • Dr. Brendan Gracias is a Family Physician originally from Edmonton and has been practicing in Calgary since 2020. After completing his residency at the University of Saskatchewan, he gained broad experience in both rural and urban settings, caring for patients across all stages of life.

    He is committed to preventative medicine, holistic care, and the critical connection between mental and physical health. Dr. Gracias places a strong emphasis on longevity—not only helping patients live longer, but supporting them in living well as they age. He believes that informed, empowered patients are essential to building a healthier present and future

  • Andrea is a Nurse Practitioner with dual degrees in Nursing and Kinesiology and a Master of Nursing from the University of Calgary. Her clinical experience spans internal medicine, oncology, recovery care, occupational health, and primary care. Andrea is passionate about proactive, team-based medicine and supports patients in navigating complex health journeys with compassion and clarity. She’s deeply committed to patient empowerment, believing that optimal health is a personal and multidimensional pursuit.

Naturopathic Doctors


  • With over 13 years of clinical experience, Dr. Murphy offers personalized, evidence-based care for complex chronic conditions. Her practice focuses on neurological issues, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune disorders, and chronic infections. She is certified in advanced integrative therapies including IV nutrient therapy, ozone, chelation, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and hyperbaric medicine. A mother of three, Dr. Murphy brings a grounded, practical approach to care that empowers patients to take charge of their health.

  • Dr. Michela Nelson brings a focus on women’s health, fertility, hormone balance, and postpartum care. With training from Sonoran University and research experience at Cleveland Clinic’s Department of Biomedical Engineering, she blends advanced testing, lifestyle interventions, and aesthetic therapies to support sustainable wellness.   • Dr. Nelson combines a deep understanding of physiology with hands-on expertise in regenerative medicine, pain management, and lifestyle optimization. He is a graduate of Sonoran University and former faculty member, known for making complex concepts clear to patients and peers alike. With a background in kinesiology and medical education, his approach blends analytical thinking with personalized, practical strategies that improve performance and quality of life.

  • Rachelle is a UBC-trained Registered Dietitian with advanced training in sports nutrition through the International Olympic Committee. Her work integrates hormonal and digestive health with performance-based goals and body composition optimization. Rachelle takes a compassionate, education-based approach that emphasizes nervous system regulation, sustainable habits, and body-mind connection. She meets clients where they are and helps them move toward lasting, meaningful change.

Strength, Conditioning & Mobility Professionals


  • Priya is a Clinical Kinesiologist specializing in women’s health, movement therapy, and functional fitness. Her programs are personalized, evidence-informed, and rooted in sustainable health habits. With a background in human kinetics and private coaching, she works collaboratively with clients to enhance strength, mobility, and vitality—meeting them with clarity and compassion every step of the way.

  • Bryce brings a wealth of experience as a strength and conditioning specialist, with a background working with elite athletes (NHL, NBA, Olympic programs) and clients of all ages. With a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and an MBA in Innovative Leadership, he leads the movement pillar of SABI Health with a holistic, client-centered focus. Bryce emphasizes long-term physical resilience, using movement as a tool for total well-being—physical, mental, and spiritual.

Nursing & Clinical Support


  • Becca is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a clinical foundation in neuroscience, emergency care, and infusion therapy. Her approach combines grounded clinical practice with an emphasis on intentional living, inner wellness, and whole-person healing. She believes that true health arises when care supports the body, mind, and spirit—and is committed to helping clients reconnect with their energy, values, and vitality.

  • Shelby Sheppard is a Nurse Practitioner with a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master of Nursing–Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) from the University of Saskatchewan. She has clinical experience in labour and delivery, primary care, and advanced hormone and sexual health training through WorldLink Medical. She provides care for both men and women experiencing hormonal or sexual health concerns, including low testosterone, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, thyroid dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction. Guided by the principle that “normal” isn’t always optimal, Shelby focuses on individualized assessment and evidence-informed care to help patients feel and function their best.

    With a background in managing client experience across several clinical settings, Rachel is known for her calm presence, intuitive communication, and ability to make clients feel heard and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. Rachel thrives at the intersection of organization and connection, ensuring that both clients and teams feel seen, valued, and supported.

  • Olivia is the Client Services Coordinator with over 5 years of experience in administrative roles and a strong passion for health and wellness. She prides herself on creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every client and is often the first point of contact, ensuring clients feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for from their very first interaction.
